2017 Opened in Baltimore
Our story

From the Mediterranean to Light Street.

Pitamore was started by three friends — Eli, Sam, and Ron — who missed the fast, honest food of home. Their first shop opened on Light Street in 2017, hand-rolling falafel and spinning shawarma the way it's done across the Mediterranean.

Today, two Baltimore storefronts and a busy catering kitchen serve the same food: spit-roasted in-house, sauced by hand, and wrapped in pita that's still warm when it hits your plate.
